Those tags are cute! I can see how someone might want to collect them. :) I used to live just two houses down from the local John Deer owner. We played with his daughters all the time.
He sort of reminds me of the guy at the party during the movie "Say Anything" who's responsible for holding the car keys until the attendees are sober enough to drive home....

You won't believe what I thought those were at fist glance...something that would fit over a pole...you know, slide down the pole for some reason. Yeah, stupid I know, but without all the perspective, it's strange what the eye sees and what use the mind can create for it!
