In Shediac their claim to fame "Is first in transportation". The urge to depart from there Precedes the Canadian Nation. I marvel at their satisfied boast, With folks so quick to flee, I'm not sure I would preen and shout, And what they're fleeing is me!
Shediac is a place I really do not know ..... And from the sound of it I do not want to go! The lobsters are fighting back, you see... So many people eat them with their tea! Well I would do the same..... If they tried to eat me!

What really causes local flak
Is maritime enforcement.
The sheriff writes a speeding tag,
"He's just doing his job, sir".
But Heaven help the salty dag
Who dares inspect the lobster.
