His Park Is Worse Than His Bite

A Swiss chemist is so fed up with motorists asking him for parking meter change that he makes them sing for it. Rene Jenni said he used to get scores of people walking into his pharmacy in Zurich and asking to change notes for coins every day to feed the meter outside. He said anyone who actually sings gets the coins for free.
