Has any one guessed what these bunch of pipes are? The blue ones are a lovely blue, perhaps main water connection to a big township. ??
In this case the blues look cheerful!
Why have they got the blues?
Blue spikes..I see the plumage of a peacock. Blue feathers. I guess it's seasonal...
