Curry Me Over The Threshold
You can get a good Indian curry just about anywhere on this planet – and it won’t be too long before you can get one in outer space. As India prepares for its first manned mission, scientists at the Defence Food Research Laboratory are working on freeze-pack astronaut meals that won't ''put too much strain on the stomachs of the astronauts''.
FOOTNOTE: Express strain.

ReplyDeleteI LOVE Indian food. Our closest is in Lexington, 3 hours away, but there are 2 really good restaurants there.
