That’s Not The Right Movie Role, Grandpa
A cinema in England which shows classic films for pensioners has warned elderly customers about "unacceptable and juvenile" behaviour. The Odeon, in Leicester, says pensioners have been threatening, pushing, poking, bullying, harassing and intimidating staff, saving seats for friends and queue jumping.
FOOTNOTE: Farewell, Leicester swear.
LOL! I can just imagine them with their canes and walkers intimidating the pimply faced staff...haha
ReplyDeleteWere they screening the Rocky Horror Picture Show? That might explain it.
ReplyDeleteIt is an amusing mental image though.
What is the saying about "second childhood" ? Too funny David!

ReplyDeleteIt wasn't me....... honest!
ReplyDeleteWhat a picture this puts in my head! lol :-)
ReplyDeleteAnd they say we have a youth problem!
ReplyDeleteToo funny! Let them have their fun; it will keep them young! :)
ReplyDeleteThose gray hairs are wild.
ReplyDeleteMy father used to say that the notion that people get nicer with age is a misnomer, in fact whatever our make-up when we're young gets magnified as we age. I venture to guess that this crew you speak off were juvenile delinquents in their former years and only acting true to form.
ReplyDeleteShame on them! Awful what these youngsters get up to!
ReplyDeleteWhich just goes to prove all Old Age Pensioners are juvenile delinquents!
