Tally-Ho – That’s Another Pair Of Shoes
More than 120 shoes have gone missing from homes and gardens in Germany after a fox developed a bizarre fetish. A forestry worker found a stash of the missing footwear near Fohren and tiny fang marks on the leather show the vixen - dubbed Imelda Marcos - may have used them as toys for her cubs to play with.

ReplyDeleteImelda Marcos, ha ha ha! The vintage retro version of Carrie Bradshaw (Sex and the City).
ReplyDeleteAgain thanks for the POTD mention, funny it should happen today that I posted yet another chocolate-themed piece.
Ciao,
Lola xx
I'll buy that. We have a perfectly good Blunstone boot I found at our back garden gate. Apparently too hard to squeeze two boots at the same time under the lamb-proof gate. Pity she had to take one of the almost new boots when the old ones were there too. We never did find it.
ReplyDeleteDo you suppose she's responsible for the other sock that goes missing too?
ReplyDeleteThe world is such a funny place!
lol. kids play with the most trivial. they should sell them under the label "foxy lady." smiles.
ReplyDeleteThat is SO cute!! Hurrah for Imelda, I love a girl who loves her kids! Er, ah, kits.

A fox with a shoe fetish...sounds just like me! (huge wink)
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness! You never know..... foxes may stop leaving me raw eggs in my garden & start leaving shoes instead.
ReplyDeleteSuch strange creatures.
Imelda Marcos. That's rich!
ReplyDeleteThat fox should hook up with the cat in Britain who has been stealing socks...
ReplyDeleteWe have foxes. They prance around WM like they own it. Thankfully, though, they do leave our shoes alone!
ReplyDeleteWouldn't want to be in the fox's shoes when they catch it!
