Verse and worse

The girl from Tamburn Creek
Kisses cowboys on the cheek
But the girl from Ipanema
Once had a dislocated femur

  2. A big hello to you, Joanna,

Yes, I decided to re-launch my blog a week or so ago ... and have been very warmly welcomed by old friends in BlogLand.

    Thank you ...

  3. Lucky cowboys - the kiss made their day
and they found it hard to stay away.
But they had to visit the girl with the hip
which slipped out of place while she did a kip
They all found the right med location
Where the docs fixed her leg dislocation.
But once they could see she was OK
They one by one left and went away
To the girl from Tamburn Creek
Who kissed them one by one on the cheek.

  4. Good work, Eddie - this sort of repartee and exchange is precisely why I missed BlogLand so much!

  8. Thank you for dropping by, Rachna. If it's any help to you, there is a series of advice for writers / authors that I posted on my blog under the title "Telling Write From Wrong" that covers a variety of issues.
