    Astonishingly beautiful.

And I didn't realize it's Wordless Wednesday (and of course it's still Tuesday on this side of the world), but I used very few words on the most recent post on my blog, Oh dear, oh deer.

  5. Hi Meanie,

It's a sunset, shot about eight weeks ago.

Looks like a fire-breathing dragon, don't you think?!!!!

  6. Wow...nice to see a glimpse of sun...pouring with rain here, blowing a gale and thoroughly dark and dismal.I can't take credit for Wordless Wednesday, it started long before I started Blogging. I usually post my entry early because it's so International and for many Bloggers it's Wednesday when it's still Tuesday here in the UK. Guess I'd better hop off now and find inspiration for my ABC Wednesday post now! :o)

Hi David - sorry to drop this here, but there's a call to action for 15th October in Support of the Blog Action Day. Please help!

Hope the weather improves in your neck of the woods.

I thought I'd seen Wordless Wednesday around before - but I wasn't sure.

  11. Hi Prashant,

Setting sun. I was lucky to be there - it looked like an oil painting.

I shot about 24 frames fairly quickly.

    Cheers

  18. What a great shot, David... it's beautiful. Do you have a wall full of framed photographs that you've taken? It would be a very great room to relax in.

Always happy to have you stop by, David. In addition to Tuesday's mostly-wordless post Oh dear, oh deer I've posted a shot especially for Wordless Wednesday. Not as spectacular as yours, mind you!

Thank you Ruth (and whoever started Wordless Wednesday to begin with) for the inspiration!

  20. Hi Stacy,

Wonderful to hear that. You know, it's strange you should mention that about a room with photographs.

As a matter of fact, I do! It's all due to my beloved wife, who encouraged me to follow my love of photography.

If I have achieved anything in this field, the credit goes entirely to her.

Must take a shot of the room and post it on the blog one day - you've inspired me. And not for the first time, either!

Thank you. I'm lucky I always carry a camera.

Great to know the Post of the Day segment brought you an increase in traffic.
