Rear Window

Don't Worry, It's Not A Hitchcock Plot

Photograph copyright: DAVID McMAHON

I took this shot a few minutes ago. It literally is a rear window of a timber home - and because the blinds were drawn, I was lucky enough to get an unusual perspective of the sunset reflected on the glass. It would have been great if there had been dramatic colours and some scattered cloud in the west, but hey, you can't have everything!

  1. Wow David, I really enjoyed this one! I *think* you might appreciate a pic I took from a Ljubljana penthouse a little while ago:

  3. david - Great photo and great movie.

Even though I’ll be away I hope you can still pop in for a visit as I have been slaving over a hot computer putting a month of posts into drafts – I have blisters on my fingers. I have even got my October Theme day organized – how dedicated is that????

There will be plenty to see but I won't be able to visit you until I get back.

    Au revoir until then!!!

  17. This really made my day. The image in teh window looks like a painting hosted on a red bricked wall. Once again, you have amazing insight. If I were you, I would watermark such a picture before putting it up :)
