Driver Deriver

No Room To Swing Pat’s Black-And-White Cat

A Englishman has created the world's smallest roadworthy car from a former Postman Pat children's ride. The mini motor is only 39 inches high and 26 inches wide and was converted by car fanatic Perry Watkins. The car is taxed as a quad bike.

FOOTNOTE: Post haste.
