I decided it was time to challenge my photographic abilities. Yes, I’m attracted by strong colours. But would I be able to shoot something totally devoid of colour - and still produce an interesting image? So I decided I had to shoot something in monochrome. And it had to be no further than a radius of two metres from where I was sitting at my desk at work. I thought about the window blinds, but they were just outside the two-metre radius. Then my phone rang and I thought, ``Must untangle the cord’’. That’s when I realised I had the answer to my own challenge. This image might look like a nest of mutating aliens, but it’s only the tangled cord of my telephone. I shot it on macro, without the flash.
Werms! YUM!
ReplyDeleteSilly Dilly! That would be a difficult worm to swallow.
ReplyDeleteDavid,
ReplyDeleteI seriously had no idea people still used telephones with cords.
