Make Sure You Give It A Really Good Scrub
Photographs copyright: DAVID McMAHONOn my first day in Singapore, I saw this person scrubbing down a glass-top tourist boat at Clarke Quay. It sure didn't look dirty to me, but he would hose down an area, then give it a vigorous going-over with a long-handled mop. Then he'd move on to the next area and repeat the process. He grinned and nodded when I asked if I could photograph him, so this is my contribution to this week's theme.
He was obviously proud of his craft!

I suppose it’s a “guy thing.” If he were a truck driver, I think he’d be out scrubbing his truck.
