Verse And Worse

Random Wit, Errant Rhyme. Not A Literary Crime

Melbourne’s fickle weather is really such a blessing
Bright sunshine? Frost and ice? It always keeps us guessing
No one really knows what next week will bring
But my guess is snow, on the first day of spring

  1. What are the average temperartures for a typical Melbourne winter day?

They can not be as low as a typical winter day in Canada?

The weather hear in Hawaii is so predictable, Cheese Burger in Paradise, a Waikiki eatery, has the forecast painted on the wall!

Keep your boots, umbrellas, sunscreen, overcoat and swim trunks handy, David. ;)

  6. The UK's weather's funny,
funny strange, not funny ha ha.

You should never bet your money
on the sun - rain's never far.

The most likely thing you'll get
is a grey and cloudy day.
Will you freeze or will you sweat?
    It could go either way.

  7. In northeast Ohio, this we all hear
Don't be concerned, don't cry in your beer
The weatherman is always a target of hate
The weather will change in a minute, just wait

  8. Melbourne weather sounds like it might be like Cape Town or Irish weather, all four seasons in one day!
Oh yeah, roll on spring! :-)

  9. David:
We are on the other end
as into Fall we slowly go.
In Ohio you only have to wait
as the weather goes to and fro.

  12. Sounds a lot like the weather in eastern MT! We had temps of 105 and the next day only 68! We have been known to get some snow in the summer months too!
