I'd never be great as a tough old miner I'd even fail the grade as a Forty-Niner But if I could turn back time to anything I like I'd be a nuggety prospector on the Klondike
That'd be a great way to go on a hike, But save your legs, and go on a bike. Just rememeber when you're panning for gold, Only a fool brings home crystal pyrite.
I know that doesn't rhyme, but it was the best I could do. :-)
I'll be the gal in net stockings and lace, With lipstick and rouge all over my face, I'll trickle that whiskey through yer beard to yer tum And we'll dance the long night til you fall on yer bum.
You seem to be after the gold, my friend! Keep shovelling there's more just round the next bend! And when your sack is bulging with gold, Remember your friends who are out in the cold!

I see you are panning for rhyme up there sk
Okay, here's my contribution:
I'll be the gal in net stockings and lace,
With lipstick and rouge all over my face,
I'll trickle that whiskey through yer beard to yer tum
And we'll dance the long night til you fall on yer bum.

And when your sack is bulging with gold,
Remember your friends who are out in the cold!
There are so many panning for gold
Who don't have any when they get old
You need no gold to be a star
But what would you do for a Klondike bar?
