Stuck In Gnome Man’s Land
A collection of gnomes and other creatures have taken sanctuary at a police station in Springfield, Oregon. A prankster recently stole 75 lawn ornaments from around town and placed them meticulously on the lawn of one house. Among the figurines are plastic and porcelain geese, deer, frogs and gnomes. Figurines that aren't claimed will be sold.

Yeah, I read about that. Seems everytime the police lieutenant leaves his office and comes back, he finds one sittin' in his chair!
I think they'd be very useful on the firing range, myself! I can't STAND the things!
But then again, the same has been said about ME, too. So far, I'VE been the better shot!
(Only HALF-joking about that---honest!!!)

I'm half Scandanavian, so I admit to having a yard gnome from my parents house, in my front by the koi pond.
Springfield huh. . would have thought this would have been in Nome Alaska.
