Please answer today's question on your own blog, any time until next weekend. Just link to this blog (or to this post) so I can follow the progress of the discussion.
Hi David.. if you don't mind I'll answer your question here.
I have worn Denim since I was 11-12.. I will be 50 this year. My first pair of Levi's cost £2.50 and the Jacket was 3.50. That was around 1972/3. I remember my friends sitting in the bath to shrink fit them. Wrangler was another good choice and then I settled with Lee Cooper Jeans. I wear Denim Jeans most days around the house, I have certain pairs I will walk and another that I work in. All in all a very invention. I must admit that now I do not bother about the labels as good quality denim Jeans are available in supermarkets at a fraction of the top branded prices. Good question BTW and I've enjoyed answering.
Not very often. I've always had a token pair of denim jeans, maybe a couple of denim skirts and one denim dress in my life. Finding a good fit (jeans) ... very difficult. Personally, I prefer skirts or dresses to pants in the first place ... for comfort. Denim in cold climates ... is cold. Brrr. Not something to wear in the winter. When it is wet, it stays wet forever. Not good for camping/hiking in damp climates. I don't even think it wears all that well. No, I can't say I get all that excited about denim. Currently I have two pair of jeans ... neither true denim as they have some stretch to them. One is for "dress" (ha) and the old pair for crawling around the garden in when the mosquitoes and biting flies are bad!
Somehow, this simple question would not leave me alone. So, finally, I sat down and answered it. First time I've done one of your weekend wanderings. Hope you like it.

and I have to tell you I appreciate these questions so much David. I am always amazed by how much I have to say in answer to a simple question.
Mine is up. It seems such a long time since I managed to actually do one of these. It's good to be back. :D
Mine's up too David.
