When I was young and my mom was making dinner in the kitchen, my dad used to sing, "Hey, Good Lookin', what ya got cookin'? How 'bout cookin' somethin' up with me."
It was taken in a food court. I did ask the chef's permission and he seemed bewildered as to why I would want such a ``mundane'' shot.
He said to go ahead and I showed him the shot immediately afterwards and pointed out all the many colour textures in the reflection of the woks and he eventually gave me the thumbs up!!!
The more I hear about your Dad, the more I like the sound of him. I'll have to make a trip to the US just to catch up with him - and your clan of course!
Great shot! The triangular patterns in the gap inbetween the woks look like repeating Christmas Trees - I wonder what this shot would look like framed even closer?
