He's Not A Hard-Boiled Character, He's Freud
Residents who were shocked to see what appeared to be a body hanging from the top of the Trade Centre building in Grand Rapids, Michigan, called the police and fire departments. But it turned out to be a life-sized sculpture of Sigmund Freud by Czech artist David Cerny. Suspended by one hand from a pole seven storeys up, it has previously been on display in Prague, London and Chicago. The sculpture will be in Grand Rapids until early next year.

Now that was funny! It would scare the heck out of a person though at first I bet.
I had to go and check at google image: Freud's hanging on a limb, the other one in his pocket. Cool. :_)
I expected you to say it was the Chinaman called One-Hung-Low.
I thought you were going to say it was the Chinaman -One-Hung-Low.
The story continues in my blog.
Alternate Footnote:
Luckily, the statue did not Freudian slip...
