Did He Make An Exhibition Of Himself?
A Ukrainian man was arrested recently after making use of one of the exhibits at a new Kiev museum dedicated to the history of the toilet. The museum, which claims to be the first of its kind in the world, has now added "Not for use" signs on all its exhibits. The toilet museum takes visitors through the entire history of the modern loo from its earliest beginnings as a hole in the ground to modern-day toilets with all mod-cons. Vassiliy Kovalchuk, 48, who has apologised to museum staff, said: "I didn't realise they were only to look at when I was caught short.

Love the headline, had a good giggle, and am now trying to shake the mental picture from out of my head.
Kiev is such a beautiful city, I wonder why anybody would want to visit a toilet museums. ;-)
I was partly responsible for a similar situation recently. It was an old hotel converted into an antique shop. My 3 year old grandson needed to go to the loo, after drinking a bottle of juice. We were given the wrong directions, but after rearranging the furniture he was able to go. These were fortunattely not exhibits and were fully functional.
I was glad the owner did not walk in though.
I'm trying to decide whether or not people who organized an exhibition of toilets should be blamed -- for something, surely.
Though, I guess I'm really grateful that somebody invented all those toilets and improved upon them. Still, it boggles that there would be an exhibition and that anyone would go to it unless, um, they needed to go.

Hilarious! When I went to the Soviet Union in 83, they were still using holes in the ground, with tile around them, and some dudes didn't have a great aim.
