Maybe She's Doing The Busk Stop
Police in Bucharest are looking for a busking pole dancer who performs her routines on the city's underground railway. he apparently performs her routines only when the train is travelling between stations that are far apart. She plays You Can Leave Your Hat On on a portable CD player while taking off her clothes and dancing around a hand-hold pole.

Sandi, busking is performing to the crowds for money (usually) Pole dancer just wants to be noticed!
I sure believe that they are looking for her! The question is, do they keep a tab on how often they succeed?

You got me very confused there David, I'm guessing that it is a typo, once you refer to the dancer as a he, and once a she, it certainly expands the story in a totally new dimension!!
