An Oregon man is suing the FBI for crashing a small plane into his Lamborghini. In May last year, a gash was made in the rear of his luxury car by the plane's propeller at the small Aurora airport, south of Portland. Marlowe Treit's lawsuit against the US Government accuses the pilots of negligence.
