No Clues, But Many Shreds Of Evidence

A garbage man in Britain who found shredded £10 and £20 notes has been told he can exchange them for new ones if he can piece the bits together – but the biggest pieces are no more than an inch square. Police held the money for six months but have returned it to the man as there was no evidence of criminal activity.
