Gene Long's Flurry Of Activity
Living in balmy south Georgia, Gene Long knew his wife Crystal pined for the winter snows of her native Pennsylvania. So he scoured the internet for instructions on how to build a homemade snowmaking machine out of an air compressor. Then, according to itv.com, he stayed up all night and presented her with a 2.5cm-deep blanket of snow on their lawn. ``She thought it was pretty cool,'' Long said.
