Verse And Worse

Random Wit, Errant Rhyme. Not A Literary Crime

My next-door neighbour Darcy Phileas
Is never haughty or supercilious
He always quotes Plato but is quite down to earth
And his advancing age is matched to his girth

But his older brother Malvert Phileas

Is a scoundrel both profane and bilious;

He quotes Ivan the Terrible and Mussolini

And is as boney thin as he is spleeny!

Points for his reading Plato...tho I'm sure he has the stomach for reading Coben, as well. Okay, it was you mentioned his girth, you know!
