Drip Try

Uneasy Lies The Head That Wears The Fizz

A Norwegian baby was baptised with lemon cola after cold weather froze the church's taps. A cold snap in Stord, about 150 miles from Oslo, forced church caretakers to turn off the water supply. The priest improvised and used the cola, saying "only the lemon smell made this unusual".

Proving once again that necessity is indeed the mother of invention. Considerting the nature of the syrup in the soda this, at least, is one baptism that ought to "stick"!

Did the baby bubble and squeak?
Or did he call the vicar a lemon?
