Houston, We Have A Takeaway

Curry Me Over The Threshold

You can get a good Indian curry just about anywhere on this planet – and it won’t be too long before you can get one in outer space. As India prepares for its first manned mission, scientists at the Defence Food Research Laboratory are working on freeze-pack astronaut meals that won't ''put too much strain on the stomachs of the astronauts''.

FOOTNOTE: Express strain.

Hmm... they should consult Asha at Foodie's Hope! I'd bet she could fix them right up. Check her out on Wednesdays... always something cooking (and making me hungry!)

It's definitely important to keep space travelers happy and well-fed.

I LOVE Indian food. Our closest is in Lexington, 3 hours away, but there are 2 really good restaurants there.
It figures they'd have it in outer space before they'd have it here.

Fantastic! But I think I personally will plan to satisfy my taste for curry in a less exotic station....

I love Indian curry, but Japanese is good too. I like it spicy, even if I were an astronaut, I'd like it spicy
