Verse And Worse

Random Wit, Errant Rhyme. Not A Literary Crime

Fozzie Bear’s refrain was "Wocka Wocka Wocka"
But I really don’t know if he ever drank mocha
D’you remember his uncle, the great hibernator?
He "lost" his Studebaker and never saw it later

Stay with us all you puppets
Cos there's nothing quite like The Muppets.
My children loved to watch you
You were all so like people that we knew!

Three cheers for The Muppets! (And for you poem, David!)

We have a friend who is just like Animal - and guess what? He's a well known professional drummer too. I kid you not.

He had a bad memory he couldn't help
For he was often distracted many a whelp.
The bear didn't care if he had to walk.
It was enough to be a bear who could laugh and talk.

Imitation is the greatest form of flattery. Right? I'm tempted to start having some verses on my site. In fact, I believe I'll yield to that temptation.
