Thank you David for the praise of "my" boat! I'll keep on looking...
Thanks David. Still strive to achieve the winner place and

At last the golden prize, post of the day winner! Thanks so very very much, it means a lot as that post really was incredibly important to me. You really are a benevolent soul :-)
Post of the day AMAZING.
David, I'm making and taking the time each morning this week to catch up on Blogland, especially yours...great selections here, thanks ever so much.

Hi David, it's great to meet you in Blog Land. Thanks for mentioning my post on Beatrix Potter, it was such a delight to visit her home, there will be heaps more photos of my trip coming up. I look forward to visiting the other blogs mentioned. Catherine
Looks like I have a lot more reading to do than I expected...especially if Braja gave it the go ahead !! LOL Well, I know I'll have a nice day off reading cool stuff now !! Thx !!
i love coming over here and discovering new people!!!
I've just been and read Bye Bye Baby. How terribly sad ... deserving of your POTD though, so well written and touching. I'll read the others later. Can't do it now, I'm still digesting the content of that first one.
OK, I'm done...no time to write anything myself except comments, but glad I came. That one picture of the boat, on the stillest of water, was worth the visit, and the others were the pudding.
Thanks, David, for mention of my post today! You're right on grabbing ma camera. La Jolla is an amazingly picturesque place.
I'd like to nominate Lizardek!
