Verse and worse

Nuthin's colder or windier
Than the far north of India
Where my first cousin Betty
Rode to school on a yeti

Thanks, Virginia - they just write themselves, for some reason. Can't explain it .... !

I can imagine you waking up in the middle of the night and jotting these down David. These verses do make me laugh! I have tried to answer some of them in verse, but I have to be in the mood...which I don't seem to be at the moment.

You, however, just manage to produce them with such ease! I love them!

I'm so glad you enjoy them, Ayak. And I'm delighted that they make you laugh.

Yep, Shadow - it's truly abominable, isn't it?!!!!!

Your relatives are brilliant
They must be really resilient
To get up to such a trick
I think you are taking the Mick!

You crack me up!

Yes, in India, in the city of Darjeeling
I too found Betty dancing and singing
And when she rode the Himalayan Yeti
The sight was so damn pretty!

David, I now confirm she is indeed your cousin...haha!

All that ,abominal snow,
Must have made their journey slow
Reminds me of as girl called Hetti
Who also piggy backed on a Yeti

Eastern Washington might have been windier last night. Every car or pickup parked in the airport parking lot before us sports at least a dozen tumbleweeds.
