About the weather? *lol*
Answered at Bodge's Bulletin. It's compulsory in the UK to complain about the weather at least three times a day!!Gary
Probably when we went from the arctic to the tropics over the span of a week, hahaha!
right this moment no signigficant rain in Florida in 3 months !!Thanks for listening
Complain? Me? Why David, I'm afraid you have confused me with someone who cares about weather...wonder what my very next post will be!Sandi
About 5 minutes ago .. its 9 ayem and over 80 degrees here in the Baked Apple>:Daryl
Ditto what Daryl said!!
Yesterday, when it was 101* and I was heating up the kitchen making dinner. I'm sure I'll do it again soon, since it is supposed to be even higher today.
Commentary! It's Commentary! That's my story and I've sticking to it! I have answered your question at Katney's Kaboodle.
about five times today ...
I've posted on my blog.
David, to quote your good self:"Spent many summers in the UK as a sportswriter. One year at Wimbledon I grizzled about the heat. About an hour later, tropical downpour paralysed London. From that point on, I was banned from discussing the weather!"You obviously weren't well advised prior to your visits. A tourist criticising the weather prompts vehement defence from the natives of our varied, wondrous weather - this is also law, alongside shouting that defence to said tourists in order that they might understand us whilst, at the same time, making no attempt to understand them.Best keep schtumm next visit!Gary
LOL. I'll give you the short answer - five minutes ago on a comment on someone else's blog. It's June but it was colder than March today. Grrrrr. Or should I say Brrrrr.(And to Daryl... I'll send some of my weather your way if you'll send some of your weather my way!)
I kind of already did this one. I'll link it to you though. Just for fun. Then I will look like a tome traveller. http://www.jobeaufoix.com/2008/06/03/na-na-na-i-cant-hear-you/
David,Good question. As of right now, there are few around here who aren't complaining. As usual, I'm in the minority!
I think I linked to this post but I am not sure .. in any case .. come hear my weather whine :-Daryl
I must write a reply David as really people who complain about the weather from the comfort of their warm homes do not understand the pure essence of enduring bad weather on the back of a motorbike. LOL!
I'll be posting the answer to this on my blog tomorrow (Wednesday) David. :)
My post is in. I managed to get the link right this time!
Low 80's here- nothing to complain about. :)I'll do pleanty of complaining come july!
Okay, I've posted mine David, though I don't think I got the link right yet...Sandi
