Motorists are having to get down on their knees to collect tickets from Britain's smallest car park ticket machine. The 3ft (one metre) machine dispenses pay-and-display tickets just 18 inches above the ground at the car park in Sheringham, Norfolk.

It must have been designed by the same folks who put together the Stonehenge stage props for Spinal Tap.
What a hassle that must be!!!! I suppose someone in government was cutting costs due to the recession...and came up a little short :-) ~Janine
