Verse And Worse

Random Wit, Errant Rhyme. Not A Literary Crime

Remember the tale of the disgruntled monks
Who wearied of life in the cloisters
They went into business with two old drunks
And decided to farm prairie oysters

I would NEVER like me to eat....
Prairie oysters, cos its meat!
And meat of a dubious kind!
Tennis balls come to my mind!
I'd like to know where they get these "oysters"?
Not from searching in the cloisters!
Business with a few old monks,
Who hang about with two old drunks!
What kind of business could that be?
I'd rather eat crumpets for my tea!
