Verse And Worse

Random Wit, Errant Rhyme. Not A Literary Crime

He couldn’t fit into his Lexus
Due to his overeating nexus
Forsooth, his solar plexus
Must have been bigger than Texas

very cute!

I've missed way too much here.
Not enough time in my days....and too many Kansas storms messing with my internet!

He ordered a Humvee,
And in it tried to sit,
Yet no mater how he turned and twisted,
His big buht wouldn't fit.

Then he'd better watch out!
Or he will get gout.
He might get a stroke
Through guzzling coke.
His heart might give way
And end his day
All because of his overeating
And the silly way, his life, he is treating!

The food that he consumed
One must readily assume
Without making wild predictions
Would have bought on his affliction

He couldn’t fit into his shiny new Lexus
Due to his uncontrolled overeating nexus
His sprawling abdominal bingeing plexus
Stretched from his tummy to Austin, Texas

You said random wit, errant rhyme, so I guess it doesn't have to make sense? haha

So off to the lot
To find something big for his bot
He looked all around
Alas, nothing was found

Then arrived Chuck
In his red shiny truck
"I need something smaller
I'm no longer a hauler"

"My Lexus might suite
And your truck's mighty cute"
So there they did trade
And no money was paid

Both happy with their wheels
and the no cash deals
They drove away from the lot
Feeling pretty sh*t hot.

I would really worry could he not fit into his Surrey
and would find fat burning fury and slip it in his curry!

Oh, and David, for post of the day I would like to nominate my pal Adla at http://vintagedelights.blogspot.com for her "Is that red I see?" post...

Morning David, Sure was an honor to be plugged on your blog site.

The government is sure to vex us
with no limits on the use of nexus
Some medium may try and Hexus
Both over there and here in Texus. (For Wendy) :)
