Hungry For Power

No Silver Meddle For Me

Photograph copyright: DAVID McMAHON

I shot this at work a couple of weeks ago, in the kitchen area. I never move objects to set up shots, but someone had shifted this grill so that it was positioned right under the power socket. The reflection was just perfect, so all I had to do was get my camera to capture the moment.
FOOTNOTE: Who says I'm always switched on?

Wow! Awesome photo David. I especially liked the way the reflection got truncated :) sweet.

Saw a beautiful cloud formation yesterday, and wished I'd had my camera. I'll try to remember to never leave home without it.

Hi Dot,

Thank you. I always have mine with me (well, 99 per cent of the time).

Makes it a lot easier .....

Hi FHB,

I'll see what I can do about sending the same clouds back over, in the same formation!

Hahaha...I had to keep looking at it. it seemed like some kind of optical illusion to me. Excellent pic!

Hi SkinnyLittleBlonde,

That's exactly what caught my eye in the first place. It looked a bit like one of those fairground mirrors that distort the original image!

Brushed stainless is as photographically enticing and promising as chrome. N-I-C-E capture!
