Patient Was A Bit Vet Around The Ears
An angelfish has undergone a $1,000 life-saving operation - to cure a hernia. The fish, called Carla, was anaesthetised before vet Sue Thornton used a scalpel, needle and forceps to repair the hole. Carla has now fully recovered.

That was funny to me.
I hope that fish appreciated it. I'm about to dump as much into my kid's teeth...
Someone loved that angel fish...lucky fish!

Lets hope it lives a long time after spending so much money on it!
Didn't realize that you could love a fish that much!
Hells Spells! My Angel fish was the bully of the tank, if wasn't swallowing the neons whole (the shop assured me I was mistaken), he was taking bites out of all the others. I finally took him back to the guy who thought I was nuts, and demanded he drop him into a tank of HIS neons. He did, and then quickly apoligised.
I gifted him back. Never again.
