Simply celebrating life
This reminds me a bit of Japan...... but they throw their matresses over their balconies to air. Everyday, come rain or shine.
Man I would hate to live in such conditions.
In case of high winds...look out below!
At least they're airing their clean laundry for the world to see.
Wow, that would make me nervous...
But, it's a good solution to using what space you have most efficiently.
Odd how some pictures strike a chord...for some reason I loved this photograph...did I live in a place like that in another life? Can you imagine what it must be like to live in such close proximity to your neighbour? Dominoes.
A usual sight here. In SG with limited space, most of us stay in housing estates and this is how we air our laundry...
Great shot...Happy WW:)
David: I remember the clothes line from my youth and they no longer exist in this time.
That is so interesting. So I guess they don't have dryers.
