That is so awsome that I am probably the first one to comment on your post today. I have yet to visit all the posts of the day for today.
But if you find the time, I would like you to visit my blog "minu's relationship" that I posted today.
thanks.
will be back soon...!!!
Well picked as always, David. I loved Moannie's post and will check out the others.
Can I point you in the direction of a very good newish blogger - The Accidental Fan. This story of his - and most of his others - are terrific
http://accidentalfan.blogspot.com/2009/02/why-deny-obvious-child.html
and the winner is Word-less-wednesday
Thanks, David! I have visited some of these today, and they are something else. Poetic License's experience in the Holocaust Museum was really, really humbling and stunning.
Thank you David! This story has been under my skin for a long time.
I have even considered writing a book about it.

Thank you, dear Den Mom, as always I am touched by your praise and encouragement
Oh, that too deep, I do not look a bit. Okay, I confess, I really can not read at all. I have put around confused. : (

Thank you David, I'm lost for words and that's a first.
I too would seriously reccomend any post of Erin, the 'Woman in a Window.' Her prose seems effortless, painting pictures with a few elegantly coarse, throatclosingly moving words, and funny too.
What a wonderful collection to browse over the weekend! Thank you, David.
I got the link to this blog from one of your previous posts.
Nominating this beautiful short story, Abu's Bag
http://slowtumblinglife.blogspot.com/2009/01/bag.html
It's been written in the aftermath of the terrible Bombay Attacks.
It's longish, but read it for the elegant style and the subtle way in which a love story weaves in the situation in India and amongst the people there in between all the terrorism.
I am speechless and very thankful for your kind comment. This snow-woman looked like a snow Goddess to me. We pulled into a parking lot on the Mogollon Rim just to do a driver switch and in the parking lot there she was in all her glory. Like you, I didn't change, add or subtract anything, just snapped the natural picture. I'm learning from you and I appreciate it.
Wow! Thanks for the 'pick' and if its taken me longer than usual to get over here with my thanks its because I'm a lazy blog visitor. Just saw the honor today. Nevertheless, many thanks and I will be back with nominations, etc.
Have a great weekend!
Thanks so much for the mention, David. Always nice to be in such great company....D
Thank you, David!
