Sarah had her handbags arranged in a row
She watered them daily to see if they'd grow
It wasn't a problem of "if" or "whether"
But there was so much saturated leather

AHA FINALLY, I have been watching and waiting everyday this week for my big moment. The hubster added...
And so she dried them one by one
They each produced a handsome son
THANK YOU! Off to link this :-)
CUTE LIMMERICK! Congrats, Sarah.
This made me laugh!
Sarah and her purses are such are stitch! Cute verse, David.
David - 113 degrees OMGG~! We have all been in dread of wildfires here today, dry dry, winds in excess of 40mph and nearly 80!
Oh this was cute and good for a much needed laugh.
I have no idea why, but I like this!
I just told Sarah...what a lovely tribute! How sweet of you to do this!
David, I love your rhymes - they remind me of my husband and I. We are often blown away by each others silliness (in a good way).
It could be worse - if you gave us no verse!
Keep up the good work. :D
Soooo...the drugs are good in Oz? :)
Love the verse... Sarah sent me over.
Hi David, I love this little rhyme:)
smiling here:)
thanks for your comment on my Watercolor paintings.
It's like a fresh breeze to come her!
Have a wonderful weekend
here in Paris it's grey and there's some fine mist almost rain in the air...
I know a Saz just like that.
So Sarah learned a soggy lesson
And switched to fabrics and cloths
Arranged them on a shelf in the closet
Where they're home to hundreds of moths.
LO...Now I'm sure this has nothing to do with me...but can l pinch it and put it on my new blog David..it would go really well...in the side bar...with accreditation of course.!!
