Smile For The Camera

Or You Could Just Grimace Instead

Divorcing couples in Italy are flocking to a photographer who has offered to shoot a wedding-style album of their split. Gianni Fasolini saw a business opportunity because the divorce rate was going through the roof. "People celebrate a marriage as a milestone, but a divorce is an important event too," he said.

What strange news! I'd like to see one of those albums... I can imagine that there aren't many smiles taking place!

That is just plain wrong on so many levels.

That is just... weird. Really, really weird.

Having done the divorce thing, the last possible items I would want would be visual reminders of the time!

Hmm, then what is the point in tearing up all the photos and - literally -- cutting each other out of the picture if one is going to get a photo -- together -- to commemorate the event?

Twisted.

In some cases I'm sure there's at least one party who has cause for celebration...the other one, not so much...no, don't think I'd want a camera in the "court of human emotions"...someone might take my moment of giddiness for an excuse to belt me one! Good thing Mac and I have no plans for this little wing ding!

So satisfying to shoot the ex, eh?

Closure.
