Verse And Worse

Random Wit, Errant Rhyme. Not A Literary Crime

Our dance instructor had a belly like a porky pig
But his feet went a-flying when he did the jig
He was heavy on the talent, but oh-so light on the floor
He could jitterbug all the way to the moonlit door

Could he shimmy...could he shag...could he groove?
Tell me now, was the man lithe and nimble? Was this dude lubed?
(inquiring minds wish to know!) lol

I was once asked to dance by a fellow built like an industrial refrigerator. Politeness made it impossible to refuse -- thank heavens! He was an incredible dancer and being his partner was like dancing on air. I fancied myself as Ginger Rodgers with a blocky Fred Astaire.!

Does he do the electric slide
Twist and jerk and more inside
And really is there half a chance
That he can do a belly dance?

They do say that fat men are light on their feet...never have found out who "they" are, but they are out there...protecting their toes...

Big men are usually light on their feet and can float too.
