There are many trees of that variety on my street ... and when those leaves fall the whole street from top of the hill to the bottom is yellow

Lovely.

I saw a tree today that was the most incredible color I've ever seen. I was driving and unable to pull over, and now I can't remember where I saw it. It had leaves the color of rubies, and it was in a yard next to a redbud tree which has purplish blossoms. We are in what the poet ee cummings referred to as "in just spring."

It seems representative of many seasons. :) Kinda looks like snow falling behind the leaves but I imagine it was rain.
