Verse And Worse

Random Wit, Errant Rhyme. Not A Literary Crime

In the blaze of the sun, he lies on the beach
A pina colada within easy reach
Will he paddle, or windsurf, or just shoot the breeze?
He’s so lazy he’ll hire someone else to sneeze

The comments crack me up!

I'd like to recommend a "Post Of The Day. Kylie at Eclectica, www.kylie-sonja.blogspot.com wrote an amazing post February 7th entitled "Death of Romance." Please check it out because I think it's a remarkable post and might help a lot of people. Thanks.

I've been lurking a long, long time. Someone should write about lurkers!

Thanks for your comment and kindness. I'll try to comment more often now that I've delurked! I'm so glad you enjoyed Kylie's posts. She's a gifted writer and I'm so please her post was recognized and appreciated. It obviously has an important message. I'm not an abused woman, but work with animals who are homeless and/or abused and people as well, so I understand. Kylie wrote about abuse with grace. Just saying that nearly brings me to tears. I'm hopeful posts like Kylie's bring awareness where there is none and hope where there is little. I think she's a remarkable woman and writes with beauty and honesty.

You know me, I'm not a writer. I'm an artist. So all of you on this comment page, cut me some slack!!!! No really, I'm not kidding!!!

Much love and thanks,
Me XO
