Brought To Book

Beg, Steal Or Borrow - But Never Forget To Return

An English man has taken advantage of a library amnesty - to return a book he borrowed in 1963. He borrowed the book, "Engineering Workshop Practice", for his father from Derby Central Library, and could have faced a fine of £2,500 for returning the book 46 years late.

Well I am curious to know why he needed the book in the first place and I wonder what feat of engineering we have to thank him for!

Must remember to check my library books...... don't want to take out a loan to pay off the fine!
