There Goes The Neighbourhood (Literally)

An entire English village including 22 cottages, a cricket club, a blacksmiths and a manor house has gone up for sale with a £25m price tag. Picturesque Linkenholt in Hampshire, includes 1,500 acres of farmland and 450 acres of woodland. The only thing not included is the 12th century village church.
