Verse And Worse

Random Wit, Errant Rhyme. Not A Literary Crime

Wilberforce Flounder was a cad and a bounder
Demolishing Big Macs and a huge quarter-pounder
When he pulled up his shirt and showed us his belly
It looked something like a super-size jelly

Gone Fishing

Jethro, he was a bounder.
Candy, he sniffed around her.
A two legged dish,
she was his great wish,
even though she smelled of flounder.

Wilberforce was one of those guys
He preferred his menu supersized
Ate his burgers by the stack
And named his first born son Big Mac

Think my knees are turned to jelly - nothing to do with this rhyme. They are waiting for the verdict on the Vegemite Vindaloo email I sent off yeaterday evening? The quiet seems ominous...

I've pushed a few heavyweights up ambulance ramps - last night 24 stones (153kg. Next time I'll think of the poem!
