Blink, Floyd

Another Brick In The Wall

A wall in Wadebridge, Cornwall, built for teenage graffiti artists has been vandalised - by an angry resident writing: "I paid my tax and all I got was this lousy wall." The $6,000 wall was installed so youths could practice graffiti without defacing local property. But before it was formally opened the angry resident daubed his protest

FOOTNOTE: Hit the wall.

Oh for goodness sake! Just because you don't understand something doesn't mean others don't find pleasure in it (and that goes for a lot of things!). Perhaps the answer should be I am about to inherit this polluted country, and all I got was this lousy wall...

These walls are going up in a big way around the city where I live. I think that it is good to have organized graffiti rather than the stuff that is plastered all over the place with no taste or skill at all, which I do hate.
In a way, that man was creating graffiti.

Proving that once again, Pink Floyd is alive and well...well most of them anyway...

I love the idea of a wall just got graffiti. We had some of these in Austin, Texas. I think it's a great idea!

Some people are just miserable and grouchy. And unhappy about everything.

I wonder if the "concerned citizen" left his tag too.
