Verse And Worse

Random Wit, Errant Rhyme. Not A Literary Crime

Would you buy a pony
For a bloke called Tony?
Or a stable full of stallions
For the captains of three galleons?

to own a stalwart pony
this bloke we know as tony
would have to muck out stables
at the house of Seven Gables...

Horses for Courses, and all that?

If wishes were horses
I'd have a whole stable
And Tony would ride
To get food for the table

As to those captains
They need to upgrade
Cause riding the waves
Makes horses afraid

Cheers!

I do not think this pony
Would be right to buy for Tony
He needs to have a horse
He's a mounted cop of course

Wouldn't buy any little pony
for that funny bloke Tony.
He already has a neat horse
so get one for my buddy Morse.

Captains are to often out to sea
no stallions for those three.
Get one for that friendly bloke
Johnson who always wears a cloak.
