I took this photograph at the Munro Street Nursery in Coburg, a suburb in the north of Melbourne. I was walking down the street to my car when I noticed the effect of the strong sunlight. I was doubly intrigued because I had to look carefully to see where the trellis ended and where the shadow began. See what I mean?

Yeah, I see what you mean! I bet it would look good blown up really big and in a frame, too!
Very clever shot. You have a good eye.
Great shot David. I like the shadows and the sunlight.
It's hip to be square.
it really is amazing the things we see.....when we are actually looking for them, yes?
I find your photos to be very intriguing and plan to show your blog to my son as a means to let him see the different things you do with a camera and how he, with his eye for the different little things many of us don't notice, could use a camera in much the same way. He has an artist's eyes when it comes to things like that - very perceptive -and I think he could use your blog for a lot of learning and inspiration too.
That's a really great shot David.
I loosen up. *smile*
A beautiful shot David. The shadow of the latticework looks fabulous.
Ohh, I think I'm getting vertigo! ,-)

I really like this one... I'd love to have it enlarged and hanging in my office...
This can't possibly be the first time you've been asked but do you sell prints?
