Tea, Rex?

Melbourne Has A Jurassic Spark

Photograph copyright: DAVID McMAHON

Yes, I was astounded by the size of the dinosaur fossil they found in Argentina this week, but look what I tracked down recently. Independent studies have shown that this species, previously thought to be extinct, is still popular in Australia. Forget about T-Rex, this is thought to be the most colourful example of the fairgroundus rewardus.

It would have been funny to have your head stuck in its mouth for the shot. :)

I don't know if I had mentioned b/4 that I have a photo up on my blog of a rock that look's like it has some type of creature on what looks like an egg fossil.

That creature—dinosaur or dragon—I wager is much more colorful (and docile) than the original!
